1. Job description

• Receive, process and respond to requests from customers related to shipping services (export, import, ship schedule, documents …).
• Coordinate with operations, sales, booking and shipping lines to ensure service progress and quality.
• Monitor ship schedules and update information promptly to customers.
• Instruct customers to prepare documents (B/L, invoice, packing list, manifest, bill of lading …) in accordance with regulations.
• Resolve questions, complaints, and incidents arising during the transportation process.
• Maintain good relationships with current customers, support sales in customer care and retention.
• Manage customer data, update the system and store related records.
• Support sales in the process of sending quotations, tracking bookings, planning delivery.

2. Job requirements

• Graduated from College/University in the following majors: Foreign Trade, Maritime, Logistics, Economics, Import-Export, Business English, etc.
• Have at least 6 months – 1 year of experience in the field of customer care, documents, or international freight forwarding (priority given to candidates who have worked at a forwarder or shipping agent).
• New graduates can be trained if they have a clear orientation.
• Good communication, situation handling and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of logistics processes, maritime transport, import-export documents, INCOTERMS, shipping schedules.
• Good communication skills in English, especially in emails and reading and understanding international transport documents.
